Welcome to 2016

Well everyone seems keen for a new year of photography and fun. Welcome to our new members especially those who travelled down from Yamba to see what we are all about.

Tom Hearne was on hand to give us some tips on using on camera flashes. While he fielded some interesting questions from the gallery I am sure that it is a subject that perhaps we could touch on again in the future - perhaps with some "hands on" practice with our cameras.

The first set subject was "A Country Life" as a practice run for the Zone interclub competition later in the year. I have to say that looking at the entries - everyone had fun for this challenge - there were some fantastic entries - on all aspects of country life.
