Well - we know where he is hiding out waiting for his big night :-) and in the meantime we had our xmas party and presentation night on Dec 14th. Our End of Year entries are the culmination of the years work and each member can enter 5 images in each of the categories that they had been entered in throughout the year. These end of year entries are then sent to Sydney to be judged by a member of the FCC (Federation of Camera Clubs - NSW governing body for camera clubs). David Miller was the judge this year and there were plenty of good scores awarded across the categories.

At our presentation night Graham Mackie had collated a slideshow of our images from the Combadjha camp out in August and set them to a little Vivaldi. It was great to look back on what everyone got up to and there is plenty of interest in running another one in 2018. Graham is hoping to make it an annual event.

Hope everyone has a great Xmas and happy new year and gets the chance to take a few photos along the way.

Our first meeting back is the photo rally presentation on Jan 11th so the first 'proper' meeting will be on Feb 8th. The set subject for February is "Your very best Pelican Shot" and Greg special subject for February is Fork and Spoon photography.

Merry Xmas.....
