Coombadjha

What a fantastic weekend at the annual Photo Camp at “Coombadjha” 23rd,24th and 25th of August. Thank you to the club members and partners who attended for making it such a great weekend.

We had superb weather, very cool nights, early morning fog on the river, and beautiful days.

It was distressing to see evidence of our extremely dry weather now. Parts of the valley enveloped in smoke from bush fires. We all hope the drought will break soon, especially for wild life, livestock our those on the land.

Thank you to Graham Mackie our host once again, and for the ‘photo tour’ to places we would not normally be able to access.

Thank you, Donna and Dean, for the loan of the marquee and the huge load of firewood which Dean cut especially for the weekend.

Thank you, Michelle and Danny, for all the work behind the scenes, with out your efforts this event would not run as smoothly each year.

Graham is the guest speaker at the next club meeting on Thursday the 12th of September. At this meeting he will present a slide show of high lights from the “Coombadjha” weekend.
